Tribe Named Leader in G2’s Fall Reports for Community Software Category

The Fall reports by G2 for different software categories highlight metrics that encompass ease of implementation, usability, ease of business, ability to meet requirements, etc.
The G2 Grid for Community Software is powered by market penetration score, levels of customer satisfaction, likeliness to recommend ratings from real users on G2, the world’s leading software review website. Tribe Platform received positive reviews from customers compared to similar products in the community software category.

Tribe’s Satisfaction index score was calculated by G2’s proprietary algorithm that factors in real-user satisfaction ratings for a number of relationship-related review questions. Tribe received the highest score among products in Community Software; 100% percent of users rated it 4 or 5 stars. Additionally, in terms of customers’ belief in the Product Direction, Tribe received 10 out of 10.
